The Colorado Department of Transportation with its contract partner SEMA Construction, will be performing lane striping operations requiring the closure of the Interstate 25 north- and southbound off-ramps at Drew Dix Parkway and Dillon Drive (Exit 104) in Pueblo for two nights this week.

Traffic Impacts

Motorists and area residents can expect the following impacts during construction:

Wednesday, April 24 at 9 p.m. to Thursday, April 25 at 6 a.m., the northbound I-25 off-ramp for Drew Dix Parkway / Dillon Drive (exit 104) will be closed with two detour routes.

Detour routes will be signed.

The first route will direct drivers to exit I-25 at Eagleridge Boulevard (exit 102), turn left on Eagleridge Boulevard, turn right on Elizabeth Street and right on Dillon Drive.

The second detour route will direct drivers to continue north on I-25 to exit at Purcell Boulevard (exit 108), turn left on Purcell Boulevard, turn left to enter southbound I-25 and then exit at Drew Dix Parkway. This detour adds eight miles.

Thursday, April 25 at 9 p.m. to Friday, April 26 at 6 a.m., the southbound I-25 off-ramp for Drew Dix Parkway / Dillon Drive (exit 104) will be closed.

The signed detour route will direct drivers to continue south on I-25 to exit at Eagleridge Boulevard (exit 102), turn right Eagleridge Boulevard, turn right on Elizabeth Street and right on Dillon Drive. This detour adds four miles.

Wednesday May 1, drivers should expect lane overnight closures with flaggers controlling traffic near the new roundabout at Drew Dix Parkway / west frontage road for lane striping.

Wednesday, May 1 from 6 p.m. through May 2 at 7 a.m. a northbound I-25 right lane closure will be in place.
