American Legion District 7 Commander Sarah Tobin presents American Legion Post 13 Commander Tim Grabin a challenge coin and photos from the family of TEC5 Clifford Strickland, a POW/MIA from the Bataan Death March. Tobin said the family wanted her to thank those that helped make the repatriation ceremony so special.
